Vladimir Glebsky was born in Moscow on June 7, 1968. In 1991 he graduated from the Aircraft Radio Electronics Department of the Moscow Aviation Institute and in 1998 took a professional training course in management and marketing at the Moscow Institute of Economics and Entrepreneurship.
In 1991 – 1998 he worked for several space industry companies specializing in the upgrading and design of satellites of the Cospas-Sarsat international fleet, Gorizont, Express, Gals, and Bonum telecommunications and broadcasting satellites.
In 1998 – 2007 Vladimir Glebsky held various positions at Russian Satellite Communications Company having advanced from the position of Chief Specialist to that of Deputy CEO. On several occasions he represented the Telecommunications Administration of Russia at Intelsat and in 2003-2006 he sat on the managing board of the Eutelsat international organization.
On the recommendations of the Russian Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications Vladimir Glebsky held in 2007-2012 a diplomatic office at the Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation to the EU in Brussels serving as Counselor for the development of information society, telecommunications and ICT. In 2013 he joined the Intersputnik International Organization of Space Communications as
Advisor to the Director General. In August 2017 he was appointed Director for the development of regional projects.
Married with two sons.

Dzmitry Zakaliukin was born in 1974 into military family. Dzmitry studied at A.F. Mozhaysky Military-Space Academy of Russian Federation and graduated from the Military Academy of the Republic of Belarus.
From 1998 to 2009 Dzmitry served in various posts of the Signal Troops of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus.
From 2009 to 2013 Dzmitry held several positions in the Belarusian Space System for Earth Remote Sensing, a project of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
From 2013, Dzmitry has being employed by the National System of Satellite Communication and Broadcast of the Republic of Belarus – Belintersat.
Dmitry is married, has a son and a daughter.
Ksenia DROZDOVA,

Born on 7 March 1969 in Moscow.
In 1994 Ms. Drozdova graduated from Moscow State Academy of Printing Arts. In 1996 she earned an MBA degree in Finance from Kennedy-Western University (USA). In 2012 she graduated from the Higher Business School of Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics majoring in “Corporate Management in Telecommunications”. Ms. Drozdova holds a DBA degree. In 2019 she graduated from the Graduate School of Management and Innovation of Lomonosov Moscow State University under the programme “Corporate Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Startup-Instruments for Corporations”.
From 1994 to 1995 she was employed as Senior Expert of the Department of Strategic Research at Stolichny Bank (Russia).
From 1995 to 1998 she worked as Chief Expert, Chief of Branch and Deputy Head of the Department of Strategic Analysis and Marketing at “MAPO Military and Industrial Complex” State Unitary Enterprise.
In 1998 Ms. Drozdova joined Russian Satellite Communications Company (RSCC), where she dealt with corporate finance, headed the marketing division, and in 2005 became Deputy Head of Business Development Service. In 2008 Ms. Drozdova was appointed RSCC Deputy Director General for Business Development in charge of marketing, sales of the company’s services, and public relations.
From 2009 to April 2021 Ms. Drozdova held the office of the Chair of the Operations Committee of the Intersputnik International Organization of Space Communications. Since 15 June 2021 Ms. Drozdova has been in office as Intersputnik Director General.
She initiated and supervised several projects to promote in international markets telecommunications services using the resources of the Russian satellite constellation. Ms. Drozdova is the author of articles on development of satellite telecommunications in Russia and co-author of RSCC’s development strategy up to the year 2020.
Ms. Drozdova was awarded the Medal of the Order “For Merit to the Fatherland”, second class.
She received the Russian Federation Presidential Certificate of Honour and a commendation of the President of the Russian Federation for her considerable contribution to the implementation of the project to digitize television broadcasting in the Russian Federation.
In 2020 Ms. Drozdova was awarded the Russian Federation Government Prize in the Field of Science and Technology for the establishment of the national satellite constellation to provide digital telecommunication services in the territory of the Russian Federation.
She holds the title of “Master of Communications”.
Ms. Drozdova is married with two sons.
Andrey Kirillovich

Andrey Kirillovich joined INTERSPUTNIK International Organization of Space Communications as Director of Strategy, Marketing and Business Development in July 2021 to take responsibility over the organization’s strategy development and implementation, marketing and PR activities. Besides this he is responsible for expansion to new markets and development of new business initiatives.
Before that for almost nine years Andrey was working in Russian Satellite Communications Company (RSCC), a leading regional GEO satellite operator, as Director of Integration Services and Turnkey Projects. In RSCC he was engaged in turnkey solutions and services on the international markets. In his role Andrey has developed a portfolio of satellite communications and broadcasting services to enhance RSCC position at regional vertical markets all across the globe.
Prior to continuing his career in RSCC Andrey was Regional Sales Director in VT iDirect, Inc., where he managed sales and marketing of iDirect VSAT products in Russia and CIS countries. During almost six years in iDirect he brought this technology vendor to leading positions on VSAT market in the region.
Before iDirect Andrey spent seven years in RSCC at various sales positions, where he was responsible for sales of satellite bandwidth to international customers in EMEA and Asia regions.
Andrey holds Ph. D. degree in Economics from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics.
He is also a member of the Advisory Board in Via Satellite Magazine – a leading media in satellite industry.
Pacome Revillon

Pacôme Révillon is Chief Executive Officer of Euroconsult, based in Paris, France. In his 18 years working in the sector, Pacôme has led Euroconsult’s strategy and operations and consults with high-level clients, particularly in satellite broadcasting, communications and finance.
Under his management, the company has experienced a continuous expansion internationally, and has strengthened its position as an international reference on the strategic, economic and financial aspects of space activities.
His work experience includes positions with the DLR in Germany and Thales in France. He holds a graduate engineering degree in Telecommunications & Space from SUPAERO and a Master’s Degree in Economics from DESIA.
Leonid Konik

Leonid Konik was born on February 28, 1970 in St.-Petersburg, Russia. In 1995 got his Masters Degree in Computer Science at Peter the Great St.-Petersburg Polytechnic University.
On February 1995 joined “Business Petersburg” newspaper (owned by Bonnier Business Press of Sweden) and worked there until June 1998 (the last positions – Editor of News Department and Editor of “Information Technologies” weekly supplement).
In July 1998 became a co-founder of ComNews Group. From that moment and up to now Leonid Konik is acting Editor-in-Chief of all media published by ComNews Group. From March 2015 he became a Group CEO as well.
Leonid Konik is also a Partner with ComNews Research - research and consulting arm of ComNews group, and a constant moderator of various ICT forums in Russia and abroad, including the events produced by ComNews Conferences.
From November 2007 to May 2011 Leonid Konik acted as "Tele2 Russia" Advisory Board Member, and from December 2013 up to now he is the Transparency Council Member at Rostelecom.

Mr. Del Rosario covers the Asia Pacific region and is a senior member of the consulting team where he focuses his research on quantitative modeling, data verification, and market forecasting for the wireless industry and satellite communications sector. He conducts ongoing research with specialization in policy analysis, regional economic indicators, regulatory initiatives and end user demand trends.
Prior to joining NSR, Mr. Del Rosario worked with Frost & Sullivan, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in the Philippines, the European Commission’s Delegation in the Philippines, and the Malaysian Embassy in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Del Rosario holds a Master of Arts degree in Applied Economics from The American University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science/International Relations from the University of Santa Clara.

Elshad Mammadov was born in Baku, in 1980. He has been with Azercosmos OJSCo. since 2011. Started as an Azerspace-1 Project Manager, then moved to Sales Dep. as a Customer Manager, and continue as a Senior Sales Manager since 2019.

Nicolas Tenaud joined Thales Alenia Space as Sales Director Russia& CIS in 2018 and is based in Cannes, France.
In his prior roles, Nicolas held various sales leadership positions for companies such as Alcatel-Lucent, Orange Business Services and his international sales experience crosses 20+ years mainly in telecommunications business.
Nicolas is a graduate of the National Institute of Telecommunications (France) and hold a Master’s Degree in Engineering.
Mark Guthrie

Mark Guthrie was appointed as Chief Commercial Officer responsible for the Sales and Business Processes Department in September 2019. He began his career at BT (British Telecom), a market leader in the telecommunications and satellite communications industry in the U.K., and then held leadership positions at Europe Star and Verestar before the latter was acquired by SES in 2004.
He served in a variety of roles in the U.K. and U.S. offices of SES, managing VSAT services, sales including IP Prime, operations for various markets, and the satellite leasing program in the Isle of Man. Mark joined KVH as Vice President for Global Mobile Broadband Sales in 2013 and latterly was appointed as KVH Industries’ Senior Vice President for the Asia-Pacific region.
Mark has received a B.Sc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nottingham Trent University, an M.Sc in Electronic Engineering from the University of Nottingham, and studied for his M.B.A. at Henley Management College in the United Kingdom.
Aarti Holla-Maini

Aarti Holla-Maini has been Secretary General of the ESOA since 2004 She is a Member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Space, the WEF Global 5G Coalition Network and the WEF Essential Digital Infrastructure & Services Network.
Under Aarti’s leadership, ESOA & its member CEOs lead the effort to showcase the benefits of satellite communications for a more inclusive and secure society - vital to bridging the world’s digital divide, achieving the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and realizing the 5G ecosystem. Since joining the association, Aarti has led the expansion of ESOA from a European association to
one that represents the interests of 22 global and regional satellite operators. She reports directly to their Chief Executives.
Aarti has 23 years' experience in the aerospace industry, starting at Daimler-Benz Aerospace/EADS (now Airbus) in Germany. In 2000, she moved to Brussels, representing Airbus interests in the European satellite navigation program: Galileo.
Aarti holds a Masters of Business Administration from HEC, France & Stern Business School, NYC, USA. She qualified as Solicitor of the Supreme Court in the UK in 1995, holding a 2:1 graded LLB Hons Law with German Law degree from King's College, University of London & the University of Passau, Germany. She is also an alumnus of the International Space University. Aarti is of British-Indian origin and holds British and Belgian nationalities.
She lives in Brussels, has 3 children and speaks 5 languages.
Guy Limouzin

Guy LIMOUZIN has spent most of his career within Airbus Defence and Space. Over the last 20 years, he contributed to the expansion of Space activities in many countries and established cooperation with agencies and governments that allowed these countries to develop substantially and acquire space capacities. First in the domain of Earth Observation, he is now in charge of the overall product range within Space Systems, basically Telecommunication, Earth Observation, and Exploration
He was mostly active in Eastern and Central Asia, Middle-East, Australia and now Russia.
Before this assignment, he was already working for the founding members of Airbus, in the engineering and program development, in the Telecom, then in the Manned Space business, in charge of the precursor program of the ATV, in relations with Russia and USA, and finally for the early phases of the Martian European Initiative which eventually led to the ExoMars program.
He started his career at The European Space Agency, in the Netherlands, in the engineering department.
